Session Descriptions

  • Slow Flow

This is a faith-based class for adults. We move slowly finding our groove of gratitude. Modifications are offered and demonstrated for all abilities, body types, strength and flexibility. Class ends with a prayer-filled relaxation practice complete with aromatherapy.

As each body is unique, everyone will be encouraged to find the way their own body makes each shape.

  • Gentle Restorative

This is the class that will help you transition to a restful state after a long day at work. You will leave ready to sleep well. Restorative refers to restoring the parasympathetic functions of the nervous system--rest and digest to counteract stresses of the day.

This class will have scripture meditation-bringing Biblical truth, especially God as our ultimate source into perspective. There will also be guitar hymns playing. It's lovely. It's relaxing. It's truly restorative.

  • Core and Pelvic Floor

The mindfulness of yoga woven into corrective exercise that release and strengthen the core and pelvic floor. Accessible to all levels including (and especially) prenatal and postpartum moms--you will be offered a variety of modifications and supports to address the unique body your sweet soul inhabits. Come with your messy, unflexible, stressed-out self!

  • Mixed Bag

We work on what YOU want to work on. Clients message me the night before or tell me at the beginning of class what their body needs. We’ve done myofascial release, wall assisted poses, balance progressions, corrective exercise and other modalities all flowing together to bring strength, mobility and true rest to you heart, body and mind.

Class starts and ends with scripture meditation. It’s truly a dynamic class focused on improving our actual (not theoretical) lives and selves.

  • Breathe it Out for Kids

We let it all out here. Kids are invited to express and destress the big emotions and find freedom in being ourselves in our own skin. Classes are themed (everything from Spiderman to Archery to Pokemon), and practice mindfulness, being in our own bodies and gratitude for the here and now.

Parents need to be present, but should allow kids to participate however they decide to in the moment.

  • Chair Yoga (Online Via Zoom)

A mid-day movement and meditation break utilizing a chair to de-stress, restore your soul and know peace. Includes scripture meditation at the end. No experience or flexibility needed, and can be done in the office or at home.

All you will need is yourself and a chair. No special clothing needed.
