  • My informed opinion is yes. Yoga is a tool for being inside your body, which is essential for releasing stress and anxiety, as well as building strength.

    As a Christian yoga teacher, I make sure to phrase everything in terms of God healing and renewing us. And I don’t reference chakras, energetics or philosophy outside the Bible.

    However, if you the enemy has ensnared you with yoga in the past, consider proceeding with prayer and caution.

  • For yoga, absolutely yes! I’ll give you a call after you fill out the “Get More Info” form and we will plan out your session.

    For Postpartum Corrective Exercise, I really like to see a your posture and movement in person when I first meet you. However, I am willing to try an posture evaluation via Zoom if you are willing to move the camera a few times so I can see your posture.

  • I totally understand your situation. Investing in yourself is often not budget friendly.

    I would ask you to do a few things: imagine the sense of peace and easy mobility you will feel after a yoga class. Maybe commit for just one month or even one class. See how your body slowly transforms from achiness to mobility, and how your mind and body calm down more easily calms down. And ask yourself if this sense of peace in your heart, mind and body is worth it to you.

  • 100%YES! Yoga is so great for kids! Such a great way to help regulate the nervous system and learn to love being themselves. Bring your kiddo to my preschool or homeschool classes, or let’s set up a private session for your child.

    I also can come to schools, co-ops and sports practices on a one-time or ongoing basis.
